No, these events aren’t organised in cooperation with EA or its licensees, nor are they sponsored by these parties.
Who are Bundled and RIV4L?
The Wolves Esports portal is facilitated by these two parties:
- Bundled (www.bundled.nl)
Bundled organises all tournaments related to Wolves Esports. Bundled is the only official Esports partner of Wolves.
- RIV4L (www.riv4l.com/)
RIV4L is the developer and owner of the Wolves Esports portal.
What is needed to participate?
- PlayStation 4 OR XBOX One
- FIFA20
- Joypad
- Internet connection
- PSN (PlayStation Network)
How can I participate?
Follow these steps:
- Register here
- Go to ‘TOURNAMENTS’
- Select ‘SIGN UP’ for the tournament in which you would like to participate
- You have signed up. Make sure that you are logged in latest 15 minutes before the start of the tournament. Check-in for the tournament starts half an hour before the tournament kick-off.
When I sign up it says I haven’t got a player name. How can I select/add a player name?
Follow these steps:
- Go to ‘TOURNAMENTS’
- Go to ‘GAMES’
- Add a new game;
- The platform is: ‘PlayStation Network’
- Enter your PSN and try to sign up again
How long do I have to sign up for a tournament?
Supporters can sign up until the tournament has reached its capacity or till the tournament has started.
What is GameplayID?
This is a centralised user ID which allows a user to make use of all activities within the RIV4L network and its sister companies (META bv, gamegear, merchandise.game).
How long in advance should I check-in for a tournament?
Check-in opens 30 minutes before the tournament starts. You can check in until 1 minute before the start of the tournament..
How does the tournament draw work?
After check-in closes the system will make a random draw based on the participating players. You will be able to see your opponents and enter your results at the ‘results’ section.
What happens if I’m too late for the check-in?
Unfortunately, in that case you won’t be able to play in this tournament anymore.
How can I cancel my sign-up for a tournament?
You can easily organise this via the tournament page. The same button as you used to sign up now functions as a button to cancel your place. Your place will immediately become available for someone else.
A tournament is full. Can I still participate?
No, if a tournament has reached its maximum capacity you won’t be able to sign up. However, it does occur that players cancel their participation in which case their place becomes available again, so make sure to keep an eye out on the tournament page.
What is Discord?
Discord is a chatting platform which is designed for gaming communities. Here you can chat with your opponents and with the admins. Wolves Esports has its own server for questions and remarks. This server will only be used during tournaments. Discord is compatible with Windows, macOS, Android, iOS, Linux and in a web browser. It is free to use.
